My darling baby. How long have you been etched into my heart? I think forever. I don’t know you all that well yet, but I’ve felt your spirit for years. A little nudge that whispered “we’re not all here yet, mama.” It wasn’t easy to find my way to you, but I suspect that was for reasons I will uncover as you teach me.

I cried many tears wondering if I was really hearing you. Loss after loss after loss. Was I meant to keep going? But your soft energy answered every time. I am coming, you’d say. Please wait for me.

And now here we bloom together. I know it’s you. A calm energy washed over me the moment I decided to take a test (way too early) and you showed me two lines. I’m grateful every single day to be carrying you. I can feel you connecting me to my center again. Bringing me back to meditation and quiet reflection. Calm. Redemption from fight mode. A gentleness to kiss my chapter of growing babies sweetly on the forehead.

Every day I learn more about you, but my darling baby, I’ve known you. My soul and yours have been tethered long before I was a body on this earth. I can’t wait for the day I gaze upon your perfect face, but until that day comes, cozy I’ll keep you. Warm and loved and so very wanted ✨🦋
