OTC is ecstatic to welcome Treisha Dinsdale, MSW, RSW, RECE to our Mississauga location. Treisha is currently accepting clients virtually. Please dm us to book an appt Treisha Dinsdale is a Registered Social Worker and Registered Early Childhood Educator who provides compassionate, trauma-informed psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and individuals. She takes a holistic, neurodiversity-affirming approach, drawing from CBT-informed, DBT, mindfulness, and mindful movement practices to support emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness.

With expertise in child development and a deep understanding of the unique needs of young people, Treisha helps clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, communication differences, and life transitions.
