LOL! All joking aside, doing overnights with a family as soon as baby arrives, setting them up for success and giving them the support to recover from labour and delivery, is one of my favourite things! We work on feeding, soothing, bathing, basic baby care, and SLEEP! I find that having support in those first few days makes a huge difference in new parents' confidence, mental and physical health. I feel so honoured to be in that space with my families. ❤️

I have been very busy with postpartum work lately and there is something we need to talk about.
The last thing either of us need is for you to be worrying about what I think about the state of your home, how much screen time your toddler gets, how you feed your baby, etc....
I am there to support YOU. I can absolutely support you with any of those things if they are your priority, but I am there for whatever you need in that moment- even if it's just a hug and a hot cup of tea.
I am heartbroken when I come to support a family who really needs it and on top of everything they're going through, they start apologizing for how messy the house is or that they are letting their toddler have chicken nuggets for lunch... again. I can promise you, I don't care.
I am looking for ways to make your day brighter and your life easier. I am looking to lift you up and give you some love. I am looking to take care of that baby AND toddler so that you can practice some self-care. I am looking to show you some tricks to make life a little easier. I am there to help you be the amazing parent that you are.
