Oh the wind:
The wind has been absolutely incredible. While out walking and getting thrashed around I found myself giggling imaging the wind a playful persistent companion. In its helpful rage chasing winter away and getting all the stagnant energy stirring, ready for a fresh spring, for real this time.
Laughing out loud in appreciation, while watching for flying branches,
Felt within myself my cells remember their lineage to a love affair with the wind.🌬️
Found moments of pure joy with my blustery buddy.

Today is the International Transgender day of Remembrance. 🏳️‍⚧️

We remember and honour the lives of transgender people who have been lost to violence and discrimination.

We remember to keep learning, sharing, and listening with open hearts to each other.

We remember to stand in solidarity with the trans community, committing to uplifting their voices, and to continue working toward a world where everyone can live openly, safely, authentically and with dignity. 💕

As we start losing our daily light-come practice finding the light through art!

Using mixed media, writing, conversation, ritual and collective inspiration, we will create playful expressive art and thoughtful reflections. 🎨 Come connect in community, connect to yourself and connect to the greater mystery. We will explore the theme of how we find the light today and everyday.
