I think by now we’ve all gotten the memo (and if it landed in your Junk Folder, here it is again):
✨Your Health is not Owed to You—AND—there is no such thing as a quick fix, or a practitioner that can ‘heal’ you✨
Health comes to those that commit to small doable action steps each day—who start each day back on track, even if there was a stumble the day before. It comes from those that keep it simple and have a solid foundation in the basics.
There are no magic pills out there that can compensate for a toxic lifestyle.
