Laughing tunes us in to the frequency of love!

What are you doing today to tune into joy and laughter
Last night I had a tickle fight with my two incredible daughters.
Children laughing is the absolute best!

Wishing you a happy mother's day OR a mother's day worth reflecting on and leaning into. Especially if it's big emotions.

I've known too many parents this past year that have lost children. Not the right order if such a thing exists.

It's been so much on my mind today. And Although I have 2 incredible, healthy amazing kids that i get to celebrate - I find myself feeling the imagined grief of what it must be to be a parent who has outlived their children. It's actually unimaginable...

And of course all the complicated relationships with mothers or the mothers who are no longer with you and the emotion around that.

Being a mom is such an incredible honour and the biggest challenge and something I would never trade - these little beings have shown me so so much.

And what greater motivation is there to be the best version of ourselves than to show up for our kids?
