Six years of showing up — every single day — for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the Direct Support Professionals who pour their hearts into caring for them. Six years of turning an idea born out of love and loss into something that is making a real, measurable difference in people’s lives.

This milestone belongs to every person who has been part of this journey. Our team. Our partners. Our providers. And most importantly — the DSPs and individuals at the heart of everything we do. 💙

We are so proud. We are so grateful. And we are more energized than ever to keep building what this community deserves.

This May, Impruvon’s passport is stamped and ready for takeoff ✈️🌍 Our team is traveling coast to coast (and across the border!) to connect, collaborate, and champion better outcomes for individuals with IDD 💙

First stop: United Cerebral Palsy Annual Conference 2026 in Calgary, happening tomorrow and Wednesday, where CEO Justin Amoyal will speak on Tech’s Role in IDD Care Ecosystems on Wednesday at 2:45 PM local time.

Next on the itinerary: Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers LEAD! 2026 Conference in Springfield, MA; California Community Living Networks Annual Conference 2026 (May 6–8) in San Diego, CA; Association on Aging with Developmental Disabilities Conference 2026 in St. Charles, MO; and Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association Annual Conference 2026 (May 14–18) in Phoenix, AZ 🗺️🌐

What a week at 🚀 The energy across the IDD community is truly one-of-a-kind. We loved connecting with so many passionate providers, partners, and leaders. Grateful for the opportunity to learn, share, and be part of a community so committed to improving outcomes and expanding access. 🙌🏼

A highlight was seeing CEO Justin Amoyal take the stage alongside Craig Escude, MD, FAAFP, FAADM of IntellectAbility, Maulik M. Trivedi, MD, FACEP of StationMD, and Jason Ray of SimplyHome to discuss optimizing IDD healthcare and expenditures—an important conversation as our industry continues to evolve. Collaboration and innovative solutions are truly the heartbeat of this industry 🫱🏻‍🫲🏾

Milwaukee game ⚾✨ These were moments that truly a home-run in the spirit of community and better outcomes for individuals with IDD!

This Thursday, March 12, CEO & Co-Founder Justin Amoyal is sharing insights on how Impruvon technology is reducing administrative burden and improving outcomes for providers and the individuals they support. 🎤 🙌

First, he’ll join the National MLTSS Health Plan Association for a national webinar on Enabling Technologies, exploring how innovation is transforming care delivery across long-term services and supports. 💊 🚀

Then later that day, he’s on stage at the New Jersey Association of Community Providers ( ) 2026 Annual Conference to discuss how providers can simplify one of the most time-consuming and error-prone processes Direct Support Providers ( ) are responsible for 💙📈

We’re headed to the game! 🏀 Impruvon is proud to partner with the Charlotte Hornets to bring individuals supported by the Charles Lea Center to the Hornets vs. Portland Trailblazers matchup on February 28.

For many of the individuals attending, opportunities to experience a live NBA game don’t come around often. That’s why this night is about more than basketball. It’s about belonging. It’s about community. It’s about making sure excitement, connection, and unforgettable moments are accessible to everyone. 💙
