I've lost track of how many years I have been performing at the Water Valley Celtic Music Festival… and… I absolutely love it!

This year, in addition to performing my own set, I am very excited to offer a singing workshop and to invite those who participate to come and sing with me during my set!

And although we didn't exactly prepare only Celtic music, I am also very pleased to lead and support The Mosaics as they share what they have been working on this year!

Yay!

Water Valley Celtic Festival is back on June 20, 2026!
Stay tuned for more details.

What is Core Energetics?

Although I have a small but amazing group of people preparing to gather for my research project, it would be great to welcome participants in all 12 spaces. And... while my project is based on being curious about how Core Energetics could be utilized to support a Self Discovery Thru Singing Workshop, it occurs to me that very few people know what Core Energetics is.

As a result, I am going to embark on the nearly impossible task of explaining this modality over the next while... a modality that has been so life changing for me.
