✨I help people who may be anxious, depressed or simply struggling in this chaotic world✨ Hi! I am Rebecca, born and raised in Calgary.

Passionate about caring for the world and the people and animals that live within it. I have known for many years that I wanted to help people, but I was never quite sure how or in what capacity. After 10 years of working in the Alberta healthcare system as a Cardiology Technologist I learned that helping people live happier and healthier lives was my true calling. Hypnotherapy allows me to help

people on a very personal level and connect with each of my clients. Allowing for a very client-centric approach, no two people are the same, therefore, no two sessions will ever be the same. I help people who are struggling in this chaotic world claim their lives back - People who may be anxious or depressed because they are struggling to find themselves, feel “stuck” or lost in the identity of a relationship/job/family unit, or people pleasers wanting to break their cycle of habits. I utilize many tools to do this but mainly with the help of hypnotherapy.
