April is National Stress Awareness month. Stress can impact you both emotionally and physically. With the colder weather we’ve been experiencing, your stress levels can increase.

This month we’re encouraging you to do something for yourself to help de-stress and take some pressure off. It can be as simple as taking time to have your coffee in the morning without being rushed, reading a good book, or going outside and doing an activity you enjoy.

Our wonderful Clinic Director Heidi is showing us what she did over the weekend to give us a little incentive to burn off some stress ourselves. Beautiful scenery!

Triumphs and Challenges in Bakuriani, Georgia!✨

We're thrilled to share the exhilarating news of our Canadian National Ski Cross team's outstanding performances at the World Cups in Bakuriani, Georgia! 🎿

🥇🥇 Marielle Thompson showcases her sheer dominance on the slopes with not one, but two gold medals, further solidifying her status as a ski legend.

🥈 Brittany Phelan adds to the glory with a brilliant silver medal, demonstrating her exceptional skill and determination in the competition.

We're also really proud of Hannah Schmidt, who unfortunately crashed during the race, spraining her right ankle. While setbacks are a part of the journey, we worked with Hannah to rehabilitate her ankle. We know that with her resilience and determination will see her through this obstacle, and she'll come back stronger than ever. 💪❤️
