As a kid, I would clean my room and pretend I was talking to an audience telling them about my philosophy of life, what I had learned, what I thought people should know.
Here is a modern grown up version of this.
I hope it helps people. I hope it helps you and people you love. I hope more people will shed what is not needed, not true. I hope more people reclaim their true, beautiful nature!!

UPDATE: Last Day to Vote for the People's Choice Awards (I am in a different category, so you won't be able to vote for me...)
My business has been selected as a finalist for the ATB Indigenous Entrepreneurship Award with the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.
I am committed to having a group practice that assists new career therapists, from practicum students to licensed therapists, especially Indigenous folks. I serve a lot of Indigenous clients, and I’m committed to helping them heal. I believe that our society is only as good as our most disadvantaged people. The effects on our Indigenous relatives have been harsh and have gone on so long; I am grateful that we are being supported.

In this photo, my husband wears a moose hide I harvested with reverence.
He is strong. Grounded. Protective.
Not because he dominates -but because he listens, shows up, & holds steady in hard moments.
The men we admire are not silent.
They are protectors, mentors, uncles, sons, friends- the ones who check in, who seek to learn, who speak up, who step into the male space when it matters.
On Moose Hide Campaign Day, we honour the men who are already living these values- & we invite all men that make that care visible!
We know not all men are harmful. We need the good ones to speak up louder, now. Lead visibly! Make it undeniable that being a man means being a protector- not a controller.
