Yesterday, residents explored Carburn Park through a grounding experience focused on the present moment—using their senses, mindful breathing, and the sights and sounds of nature.

From observing the landscape to engaging with the environment, it was a peaceful opportunity to pause, reset, and enjoy the outdoors together.
