I feel grateful for the opportunity to have an interview published in Authority Magazine. It's titled "Mental Wellness Mastery: Mental Health Expert Eric Fisher On Everyday Life Hacks For Optimal Mental Wellness."

One of the questions was for me to list five life hacks. The high level:

1. Start small as each step builds in the direction of completing a goal.
2. Behave how you want to feel.
3. Cultivating gratitude.
4. Never underestimate the importance of music.
5. Learn something new every day that holds meaning or connects with a purpose.

The interview also goes into what movement I would start if I were able, what role technology plays today in mental wellness today, three character traits important for success, and others.
