CPR Confidence for Parents is a short, supportive workshop designed to help parents and caregivers feel prepared for infant and child emergencies.

In just 90 minutes, you’ll practice CPR and choking response skills using training equipment while learning in a calm, small-group setting with experienced instructors.

No certification. No pressure. Just confidence.

Babies are welcome to attend.

Want a career in healthcare, childcare, or fitness? Programs across Alberta require First Aid and CPR certifications to kickstart your journey.

✅ First Aid + CPR-C for childcare & fitness
✅ BLS (Heart & Stroke) for nursing & health programs
✅ Some programs also require NRP or First Responder certificates

Don’t wait! Many schools ask for proof of certification before your first day.
