📦 Introducing Soap & More Shipping Protection! 💚
At Soap & More, we're always looking for ways to improve your shopping experience and give you greater peace of mind when ordering from us.
That's why we've introduced Soap & More Shipping Protection – an optional service available at checkout that helps protect your order against loss, theft, and damage during transit.
Why did we create it?
Many customers don't realize that although most courier companies advertise up to $100 of automatic coverage, that coverage does not apply to liquids. Since many of the products we ship—including essential oils, fragrance oils, carrier oils, surfactants, and cosmetic ingredients—are liquids, leaks and damage during transit often aren't covered by the carrier.
Rather than leaving our customers unprotected, we wanted to offer an affordable solution that gives you confidence when placing your order.
✨ Shipping Protection includes:
✔ Lost packages
✔ Stolen packages (subject to verification)
✔ Damage during transit, including leaks and breakage
✔ Coverage of eligible Canadian orders up to $1,000 CAD
If something does happen, you'll be working directly with our team—not a third party. We'll review your claim promptly and, when approved, resolve it through a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please note: Shipping Protection is optional. If it is declined at checkout, Soap & More is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. We package every order with great care, but once it leaves our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot control what happens during transit.
Our goal isn't to sell you an extra service—it's to give you the option of protecting your order when carrier coverage may not.
