Peace with Kayla Elise 💛Mama & Yogi dedicated to finding & sharing ways to keep home & classrooms peaceful 💛 It was while I lived abroad that my passion for yoga developed.

I am a yoga teacher, traveller and positive individual committed to help you become your healthiest and happiest self! My journey with yoga began when I was 8 years old and was given a Yoga for Dummies VHS for Christmas. Through the years I went to some yoga classes, but was not serious about it until I moved to Thailand to teach English. As I travelled throughout Asia, I found new inspiration fro

m the various cities I explored. I found that stories and lessons from these incredible places could be incorporated into yoga sequences and guided meditations. All of which can be found on my YouTube channel - Kayla Elise Yoga :)

This passion for yoga grew and I decided to take it a step further and travel to Rishikesh, India for yoga teacher training. All of my classes, whether online or in-person focus on helping you smile, embrace life and feel good. I hope to see your beautiful face in one of my classes

These are a few things that I’ve heard and certainly are not true about yoga. Yoga is for every body, all ages, helps with many different goals, and goes beyond what you do on your mat! 💖

That’s what we taught kids & tweens at Soul Centre | SE Calgary Yoga yoga camp this past week with daily yoga classes, mindfulness, art, relaxation, yoga games, affirmations, journaling, and more! ✌️

✨ This past year has been a wonderful whirlwind ✨
If there’s 1 thing I’ve learned about parenting it’s that each day brings something new to enjoy, work through, celebrate, overcome, admire etc! I love being on this crazy adventure with these beautiful humans, and I feel overwhelming gratitude for the sweet boy whose birthday we celebrated today in the forest! ✨🌲✨
