Registered Massage Therapist
HALO Clinic is a family-friendly Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Wellness Center located in Rutland Park in Calgary - just a stone’s throw from Mount Royal University in Calgary.
We are looking for a permanent Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team, who will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
As an Independent Contractor, HALO Clinic is looking for a mature, charismatic, and friendly individual with a business-growth mindset.
The successful Registered Massage Therapist should have experience in both therapeutic deep tissue and relaxation massage techniques.
Our Ideal Candidate, will have:
- A Massage Therapy Diploma with minimum of 2200 hours
- Be in good standing with their governing association and have proof of malpractice/liability insurance
- Previous experience in massage - Ability to perform high quality massage to improve circulation, promote relaxation, and relieve stress, pain and injuries for patients with a variety of conditions
- The ability to use of various modalities (ex. cupping, hot stones, aromatherapy, warm towels)
- The ability to collaborate with other professionals such as Chiropractors, Physicians, Psychologists and Physiotherapists to assist with treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Experience with practice building (asset)
Clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Depending on demand for massage appointments, clinic hours can be flexible stretching into later evenings and weekends.
Salary: $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 /month
