People often say “you offer 60 & 90mins for just Reflexology!” The answer is, yes! Believe me when I say that a half hr per foot will fllllyyyy by and many of my clients prefer 90mins.
Practicing Reflexology for 10years, I’ve continued to be fascinated at just how much a gentle modality focusing on the feet can relax and store the entire body. When the nervous system is given space and time to focus into the “rest” (parasympathetic) part, it can do wonders for the body as a whole.
If you’re wanting some targeted muscle relief in the foot and calf, I suggest a split appointment. You can do this by selecting either Massage or Reflexology first and then do the “Add-on” option for the other. My most popular option for this is 45mins of each modality or for extra care to other areas of the body 60mins each.
