Ever wondered what your cupping marks are telling you?
From light pink to deep purple, cupping can leave behind a variety of colours and no two bodies respond exactly the same!

Here’s what you should know:
Cupping uses gentle suction to increase local blood flow and stimulate the tissues. Those circular marks are a normal response to the treatment and can vary in colour and intensity.

Darker doesn’t necessarily mean more tension, more toxins, or a better treatment! Mark colours can be influenced by suction strength, treatment duration, skin sensitivity, and individual response.

The best part? Those marks are temporary and fade naturally over several days.

Inter-Oral TMJ Massage is a specialized treatment designed to relieve tension, pain, and dysfunction in the jaw, face, and surrounding muscles caused by Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorder or chronic jaw tension. This technique involves both external and internal (gloved) massage to access the masseter, pterygoid, and temporalis muscles, which can become tight due to teeth grinding (bruxism), clenching, stress, or poor posture. Here are some fun facts about her to celebrate: Amber has nearly 20 years of professional experience as a massage therapist. She is licensed and certified with NCBTMB, the highest massage credential you can receive in the USA and registered with NHPC in Canada.

She has a bachelor of science degree from Arlington Baptist University in Texas and completed her massage therapy certification at Traviss Career Center in Florida. She has been married for 21 years and has 2 French bulldogs (Joey & Estelle)

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) – The Aaron Mattes Method is a specialized stretching technique that focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and muscle function through controlled, repetitive movements. Developed by Aaron Mattes, this method involves holding each stretch for no more than two seconds, preventing the stretch reflex from triggering muscle resistance. By actively engaging the opposing muscle group during the stretch, AIS helps to increase range of motion, enhance circulation, and reduce muscle tightness without over stressing the tissues. AIS is widely used by athletes, physical therapists, and massage therapists to improve performance, aid in rehabilitation, and prevent injuries. Unlike static stretching, which holds a position for an extended time, AIS uses gentle, dynamic movements to gradually lengthen muscles and fascia while encouraging oxygen flow and nutrient deliveryto the tissues. It is particularly effective for rehabilitating injuries, improving postural alignment, and enhancing overall flexibility in a safe and controlled manner.
