Join me on June 13th from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM for a deeply restorative Sound Healing Bath designed to help you reconnect, reset, and realign.
✨ We begin with a custom-blended Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal tea, carefully formulated to nourish the body and calm the mind.
✨ Before the sound journey begins, participants will have an opportunity to share their intentions and themes they’d like to work with. This allows me to intuitively tailor the session to the collective needs of the group.
✨ Using planetary frequencies, handcrafted 7-metal singing bowls, tuning forks, hand chimes, and rain stick, I’ll create a unique vibrational experience designed to support relaxation, energetic balance, and inner harmony.

We’ll begin by grounding into the space, setting intentions, and creating a supportive container for the journey ahead. You’ll then be guided into relaxation through the soothing vibrations of hand chimes, tuning forks, singing bowls, and other carefully selected instruments.
Each sound bath is intuitively curated and responds to the unique energy of the group, meaning no two sessions are ever exactly the same. Every gathering unfolds in its own way, offering a fresh and meaningful experience each time.

Please share and help. My cat had gotten away and I can’t seem to find her . She was last seen in the Livingston neighbourhood in the North East of Calgary. If you have seen her or manage to catch her please call or text me at the number in the picture. Cinnamon is 13 years old and can be shy and skittish. She will come when called though. Any help is deeply appreciated . It’s not normal for her to wander off like this so she may be very scared and hiding.

The journey of fertility can be an isolating and frightening experience . You finally are ready to embark on the wonderful and rewarding moment of starting a family. You had no way of knowing things would be so challenging.

Canada has a rate of 1.26 children per woman joining some of the lowest like Japan, Italy , Korea and Spain. According to stats Canada.

IVF costs between $7750 to $12 250 per cycle, with only some provinces offering public funding to assist. The success rate of IVF first try is between 20-35%.

Infertility rates are around 1 in 6 couples.
Meaning under the age of 35 they have no conceived within 1 year of unprotected s*x and 6 months for those over 35. This can come from either partner, a combination or the cause being unknown.
