Posting this as a reminder that sometimes things don’t go as planned and that’s okay.

We can’t change what’s already happened, but we can choose how we respond to it. So here’s your reminder to accept the things you can’t change, laugh at the blunders, and keep moving forward.

Building a morning routine doesn’t have to feel painful.
It can actually feel like self-care. 🤍

Your morning routine is time with yourself before the world needs something from you.
Move your body, drink your coffee slowly, sit in silence, journal, pray, stretch, listen to music do what helps you feel grounded.

Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be perfect.
It just has to be intentional.

To the moms holding it together while quietly battling anxiety behind the scenes. You are doing better than you think.

The overthinking, the guilt, the constant worrying… it doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you care deeply. And even on the days you feel exhausted, overstimulated, or not “enough,” your love is still being felt.

You don’t have to be a perfect mom to be a safe and loving one. 🤍
