Failure is optimal for growth
One of my main philosophies is that what I or my clients do in the gym should translate to life outside of the gym
This doesn’t just apply to fitness
It’s also about mindset
It’s about being able to live life
I train for strength and conditioning, as well as functional fitness
I train to push past limiting beliefs and preconceptions
That requires failure
So why then, would we not do the same for growth outside of the gym as well
The fear of failure can hold us back from the adaptation and development that we’re meant to have
So I challenge you to push past the fear and accept the failure as a sign of growth
