Services are currently limited to telephone and video counselling. Eclectic approach that includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). Most insurance plans include coverage for services provided by Registered Psychologists. Please check with your insurance provider.
