WELCOMING AMANDA BALINT TO THE METTA TEAM.
AMANDA BIO:
Amanda’s love for yoga began over 20 years ago when she attended her first class. She was immediately drawn to the practice through its ability to bring her out of her busy mind and back into her body, creating a deeper sense of connection with herself. As her practice evolved, so did her curiosity about the philosophy and the roots of yoga, which eventually led her to begin her first teacher training in 2019.
Amanda is a YACEP and a 500-hour RYT with additional training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sacred Sound. Guided by a deep curiosity and love of learning, she continues to expand her practice through ongoing study and personal exploration.
Amanda draws inspiration from nature and the human experience. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound, she creates classes that support connection, balance, and self-exploration. Her teaching encourages students to explore their practice with curiosity, compassion, and self-acceptance while offering space to be challenged and supported in both strength and softness.
