Dr Jane Levesque

Dr Jane Levesque I help couples overcome infertility with natural medicine. Hi, I’m Dr. Jane Levesque, a naturopathic doctor who specializes in fertility. WHY DO I DO THIS?

My mission is to empower ambitious women around the world in maximizing fertility, optimizing pregnancy, and enhancing the postpartum journey, using natural methods. And my ultimate goal is to create a healthy and happy generation of parents and kids! I offer online fertility programs designed to help you increase your chances of conception, foster a thriving pregnancy, and give birth to a healthy

baby. THE OPENING ACT

I’m the mom of two beautiful girls. Getting pregnant for the first time was incredibly easy, but I didn’t prepare for it, and felt very sick as a result. I was so uncomfortable in my own body that I thought: “Wait a minute, pregnancy can’t be this debilitating. There has to be a better way!”

So, I put on my naturopath hat and decided to prepare for my next pregnancy very carefully. I did my homework, boosted my nutrients, took my supplements, changed my exercise routine-the works. Physically, I was in excellent shape. But as a couple, my husband and I weren’t in the right place to bring a life into this world. We were very stressed and had so much going on that we tried to schedule this pregnancy in, no matter how unnatural it felt. THE TURNING POINT

My second pregnancy ended in a miscarriage, and my heart sank. I felt broken, lost, and utterly confused. How could this happen to me? How could my body fail me when I needed it the most? Could I keep trying and risk going through this excruciating pain again? I turned to medical providers searching for answers but quickly learned I was on my own. I had to be my own doctor. After extensive research and lab testing, I realized I hadn’t considered how high stress could impact my pregnancy. It led to poor digestion, nutrient deficiencies, and hormone imbalances, which may have all potentially contributed to my miscarriage. I understood that although I was trying to do everything “right” with my physical health, I underestimated the mental and emotional components that go into creating a life. I couldn’t just pencil this in, I needed space to be present throughout the process. THE SHIFT

I recognized I had to make some changes. I relied on my support network and mindfulness practices to grieve and heal. I fine-tuned my supplements to account for essential building blocks and reinforced my diet with nutrient-rich foods. Most importantly, I stopped scheduling in*******se and relying on an app to track my ovulation. I followed my intuition and regained trust in my body. Once I let go of my expectations and leaned into the experience, I felt ready to try again. Three months later, I was pregnant, and nine months later, I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. After going through such a transformative experience and seeing how other friends, relatives, and patients struggled with fertility issues, I decided to help. If you feel hopeless, stuck, and neglected by the conventional medical system, I’m here for you. I want to help you take control of your health, optimize your fertility, and build the family you dream of. You just have to commit to the process.

I didn't know any of this when I had my copper IUD.

Estrogen raises copper levels, and elevated copper stimulates estrogen activity in return. That bidirectional relationship drives inflammation, disrupts the cycle, and depletes zinc, one of the most critical minerals for hormonal health, immune function, and fertility.

When copper accumulates, and it does, the hormonal environment it creates can make conception significantly harder. It's pro-inflammatory, it adds to oxidative stress, and the elevated copper-to-zinc ratio can interfere with fertility. Copper naturally rises during pregnancy, so when levels are high, and you're not pregnant, the body gets a conflicting signal.

I think it's important we talk about these stories. Although some women experience no issues conceiving, no scarring, and no pain with an IUD, some do. And those stories deserve to be heard, too.

If natural didn't work, why would IVF?

→ Because IVF diagnostics answer one question only, “will IVF work”, not “why you aren't conceiving in the first place”

→ Because the basics are never looked at through a fertility lens: cholesterol, blood sugar, thyroid, vitamin D, B12

→ Because reference ranges are set for normal, not optimal

→ Because medication protocols are copied and pasted based on age and AMH, not your whole picture

→ Because progesterone is given but rarely tested, nobody checks if the level is actually enough

→ Because the immune system is never assessed, whether your body is actually ready to accept and hold a pregnancy

→ Because the toxic load is never cleared, most women walk into IVF, adding to a burden that was never addressed

→ Because the male partner is handed a cup and sent home, DNA fragmentation, nutrients, and gut health are never assessed

Natural can work when IVF didn't.

Not because it's more powerful, but it finally addresses what IVF never did.

I love these videos because they show you exactly what’s inside and when you see it, you won’t want to eat it.

The appointment moves on, but grief doesn't.

And neither does whatever caused that loss in the first place.

Before the next cycle, that's the conversation I want to have.

Not "let's try again." But why did this happen, and what do we need to address so the next pregnancy has a real chance, and the answers are often right there:

→ Low progesterone
→ Chromosomal losses: egg and s***m quality
→ Coagulation issues
→ Autoimmune dysfunction
→ Infections that were never tested for
→ Thyroid that was never optimized
→ His DNA fragmentation

You don't need to wait forever.

But you do need answers before you walk into the next cycle carrying the same unresolved picture.

My cat knows more about endometriosis than your doctor. 😂

If you have endometriosis and you're overwhelmed by the different theories, testing, and treatment options out there, this episode is for you.

I break down the actual root causes, why estrogen dominance, histamine, and a dysregulated immune system are the real triad driving it.

I also cover why surgery alone tends to come back within 18 months to 2 years, sometimes worse, if the environment underneath it was never addressed.

You'll hear why I'd rather see someone spend 5 to 10K on real testing than 20 to 30K on a procedure without knowing if they actually need it.

Follow and comment "225," and I'll send it straight to your DMs.

Consider this your only warning. The fertility industry has no idea what's coming.

07/21/2026

Endometriosis is a whole-body inflammatory and immune condition.

The root causes of endometriosis include:

→ Chronic inflammation
→ Immune dysregulation and autoimmunity
→ Estrogen dominance and progesterone resistance
→ Oxidative stress
→ Gut and ge***al microbiome disruption
→ Neurogenic inflammation
→ Epigenetic modification

Surgery removes the lesions. Pain medication manages the symptoms. Birth control suppresses the cycle.

None of them touches what's actually driving it. Which is why it comes back.

Find the root cause first, then decide based on data, not guesswork.
