Last night was the launch of our Dinner Club - Taste the Movies edition and what an evening! Our guests were able to watch a classic movie, Casablanca, while being served a 3 course meal prepared by our Chef and his team, paired with some delicious wines and cocktail in a very intimate and cozy atmosphere. The concept was a hit and we’re already asked when the next one will be so, stay tuned !

A morning in Paris, right here at home.
To celebrate Mother’s Day, our lovely residents were treated to Parisian-themed breakfast buffet. From buttery croissants to an accordeon player, it was a “magnifique” start to a day dedicated to the women who do it all.

Noble Bison Carpaccio with whipped Bone Marrow Aioli, Toasted Rye, Spruce Tip, pickled shallots & Grizzly Gouda . All locally sourced and made with passion !
