2026開始有Inside Flow課堂,你應該有好大嘅疑問:「Inside Flow 係乜嚟㗎?同普通瑜伽有咩唔同?」
如果你鍾意音樂、又鍾意郁動,未必想好似傳統瑜伽就咁拉筋,呢一堂真係好啱你 🎶🧘🏻‍♀️(條片有個簡單demo,開聲聽😚)

✨ Inside Flow 簡單介紹:

⭕ 隨住音樂去 flow,由一個動作順住節奏流去下一個。
⭕ 每首歌都有佢嘅故事,好似用身體去跳一支瑜伽舞。
⭕ 幫你釋放情緒、減壓、專注當下。
⭕ 既有力量訓練,又有身體協調同線條美感。
✅ 初學者都可以參加,我會一步步帶你入流,唔洗驚跟唔上 💜

其實而家我都有開唔同類型嘅課堂,包括:
🟣 Yoga Flow & Deep Stretching(流動+深層伸展)
🟣 Yin Yoga(超放鬆、拉筋+靜心)
🟣 Mat Pilates(地上核心+姿勢訓練)
🟣 Reformer Pilates(儀器阻力訓練,針對強化同矯正)
🟣 Inside Flow(跟音樂跳出嚟嘅 Flow Yoga 🎶)

好簡單咁講:
✳️ Yoga 比較多係呼吸、伸展、身心連結,適合想放鬆、舒緩緊繃、減壓嘅你。
✳️ Pilates 就偏向核心力量、穩定同姿勢矯正,適合想保護腰背、改善體態、增強肌力嘅你。

如果你都仲係唔知由邊一堂開始,可以 DM 我,話我知你嘅:

“What’s the difference between yoga and Pilates? Which one should I choose?” 🧘🏻‍♀️💪

Right now, I’m offering a variety of classes, including:
🟣 Yoga Flow & Deep Stretching
🟣 Yin Yoga (deep relaxation + gentle stretching + stillness)
🟣 Mat Pilates (core strength + posture training)
🟣 Reformer Pilates (spring-based resistance for strength and alignment)
🟣 Inside Flow (music-driven vinyasa flow 🎶)

In simple terms:
✳️ Yoga focuses more on breath, stretching, and mind–body connection – great if you want to relax, release tightness, and de-stress.
✳️ Pilates focuses more on core strength, stability, and posture – perfect if you want to protect your back, improve alignment, and build functional strength.

If you’re still not sure where to start, feel free to DM me and share:

Falling in love with Inside Flow since 2022, inspired by some good teachers in Hong Kong & Taipei 😚
and eventually got an opportunity to get in the teacher training (and of coz passed my exam in Dec 2025)
