There is a deeply personal story behind A Call for Peace. 🕊️

The OM Shanti logo was created by my son, who transitioned two years ago.

His life included a deep dedication to wellness through frequency, meditation, chanting, drumming, mindful practice and loving kindness toward all living things.

The experiences we co-create through Sacred Souls are, in part, a way of honouring his legacy and carrying that intention forward.

As we prepare to gather for A Call for Peace on September 19, it means so much to me to share this piece of him with you.

OM Shanti. 🙏

🎶 Meet Nicki Starkman - one of the voices joining A Call for Peace on September 19.

Nicki has been chanting mantra for nearly eight years, with devotional practice becoming a deeply rooted part of her relationship with the Divine.

Through mantra, sacred sound and the harmonium, she has found a place for connection, surrender and remembrance - and we’re grateful to have her sharing that practice with us at A Call for Peace. ❤️

Outside of her devotional music practice, Nicki is the woman behind Amari Veda, where her work with women brings together Ayurvedic wellness, meditation, breathwork, embodied practices, retreats, workshops and women’s circles.

Come experience Nicki and the other artists and facilitators bringing this evening to life.

🎶 Meet Pray - one of the beautiful voices joining A Call for Peace on September 19.

For Prarthana Prabhakar, singing is more than performance - it is the voice of her soul.

A devotee of the Goddess Tara, Pray shares that she feels called to introduce the compassionate energy of Green Tara through her singing practice.

We’re grateful to have her voice joining us as we come together to DRUM • SING • DANCE • EAT • CONNECT. ❤️
