Creating a strong pelvic floor (the sling of muscles and ligaments that support your pelvic organs) can prevent or minimize leakage and help to control strong urges. It can promote the strength, flexibility and balance of muscles involved in delivery. After delivery, pelvic floor physiotherapy helps to restore a strong core for both vaginal or caesarean delivery

A Sanctuary for Healing: Where Nature Meets Clinical Experience

The Vision

Nestled in the quiet trees of Bearspaw, just minutes outside Calgary, lies a sanctuary designed for more than just physical recovery. Here, the rustle of leaves, the stillness of the ponds, and the rhythm of nature-walks are part of the medicine.

Kirstyn’s dream was to move beyond the traditional clinic walls and create a space where the soul, mind, body, and nature are integrated. Whether you are navigating the transformative journey of pregnancy, healing in the postpartum window, or supporting your child’s development, this is a place to exhale.

The Experience
We believe that true healing happens when the nervous system feels safe. We invite you to arrive early or stay late to regulate your system and harness the power of neuroplasticity through:

The Contrast Suite: Rejuvenate with our sauna and cold plunge.
Forest Bathing: Wander our private nature trails and ponds.
Meditation: Find a moment of stillness in our dedicated quiet spaces.

Families Welcome
This is a "whole-family" space. We have intentionally designed our home to be deeply kid and baby-friendly, featuring:
Comfortable, private areas for nursing and feeding.
Indoor and outdoor play zones filled with toys for babies and toddlers.

An open invitation for families to linger on the property, play, and enjoy the nature walks after your session.

Meet Your Therapist: Kirstyn (MscPT, Bkin)
With 12 years of experience and a deep passion for the "whole-person" approach, Kirstyn views it as the highest privilege to walk alongside clients during their most transformative life stages.
Kirstyn combines advanced clinical skill with an understanding of the interconnectedness of emotions and the nervous system. Her goal is not just to treat a symptom, but to empower parents and children toward more complete, lasting outcomes.

Clinical Experience:
Pelvic Health (Levels 1-5): Treating complex pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy/postpartum recovery.
Paediatric Physiotherapy: Supporting the physical development of your growing little ones, torticollis, head shape, feeding issues.
Specialized Care: Functional Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Female Chain Reaction.

I absolutely loved teaching this Prenatal Education & Movement Class 🤍

There is something so powerful about gathering together to prepare for birth in a way that feels informed, embodied, and supportive

In this class, we move, we learn, we practice — and most importantly, we build confidence.
We covered everything from reducing common pregnancy discomforts, to supporting the pelvic floor and core, to labour positions and pain management tools. We talked about early postpartum recovery and how to truly prepare your body (and nervous system) for birth.

As a pelvic health physiotherapist, it’s such an honour to guide expecting parents through evidence-based education and gentle movement that they can use immediately. My goal is always the same: ✨ Help you feel strong. ✨ Help you feel informed. ✨ Help you feel supported.

Birth preparation isn’t just about information — it’s about connection to your body and trusting its ability to do this.
So grateful for everyone who joined me. I can’t wait for the next one 🤍

IGNITE ✨ | Step One in Neuroplastic Healing

Before we regulate.
Before we retrain.
Before we do anything…

We ignite.

Neuroplastic healing starts with belief — not surface-level “positive thinking,” but a deep, embodied knowing that your body can and will heal.

This belief is what tells your nervous system:
I am safe enough to change.

Without it, many people stay stuck in a loop of constant regulation—always calming, soothing, managing—without true healing. Because the brain won’t rewire if it doesn’t believe safety and repair are possible.

Igniting your inner healer looks different for everyone, but some powerful entry points include:

✨ Listening to the Heal podcast
✨ Connecting to your spirituality (however that feels true for you)
✨ Learning the science of neuroplasticity
✨ Exploring Joe Dispenza’s work
✨ Daily affirmations (Ribeye Rachel has beautiful resources)

This isn’t about forcing positivity.
It’s about finding the belief that allows your system to finally exhale.

Trust your body.
Listen to it.
Deeply know: you are not broken.

Your body has always known how to heal.
Your job is to believe it again.

🔥 IGNITE.
Your inner healer is already there.
