One of my favourite things about this season is the scents that bring comfort and joy to our homes, especially my holiday essential oil blends!🎄
Here are a few of my favourites this year:
1️⃣ Candy Cane: Cool peppermint, sweet spearmint, wintergreen and vanilla.
2️⃣ Sugar Cookie: A blend of warm vanilla, spicy cinnamon, and sweet orange.
3️⃣ Immunity: The perfect blend to help purify your environment and boost your immune system.

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted here, and I wanted to take a moment to reconnect with you. 💕 As we head into the holiday season, I’m reminded of how important it is to take care of ourselves during this busy time.

A lot of you know me as a massage therapist, but did you know I also offer reflexology, BIE (a unique approach to addressing sensitivities and stress), and aromatherapy as well? 🌿 I’ve even created my own line of essential oil blends!
