I love that I have so many great spaces that I can easily get in a movement practice with Violet at both Atlas Yoga Studio & School and EMBR Studio | Strength, Fitness, Wellness, Community but getting to attend yoga today on my own....felt not only wonderful but also like a milestone.

The Samasa Yoga class is such a great space to be in, we explore movement, invite curiosity, and led by Denise today we had a beautiful container to be while she held space for us and adjusted the class and sequences to meet the students needs.

A class with Denise is always fun, filled with opportunities to explore movement, and to learn about the body- on the phsyical and subtle levels. She is not just a great space holder, she holds so much wisdom!

Samasa Yoga happens regularly at Atlas
Mondays 6pm
Tuesday 930 am
Wednesday 730pm
Thursday 930 am

Some classes are in person and some are virtual!

If you are looking for a yoga class, I highly recommend the Samasa class.

Postnatal also still happening Wednesdays at 1030 am- if you want to join me and Violet and the crew!

Thank you to all the lively students at Atlas Yoga Studio & School for being part of class today!

Violet and I had so much fun supporting the Samasa Yoga class today, we volunteered to help out with coverage to get out of the house and the studio is always a great space to be...Violet is super comfortable here from our postnatal classes we attend on Wednesdays.

It was lovely to put my teaching cap on for a general class again.

Nurture your body’s natural system for immunity, fluid balance, and vibrant aging.

This 6 week yoga journey is focused on supporting your lymphatic system — the body's often-overlooked network for immunity, fluid balance, and healthy aging. Each week we'll gather for a 60-minute class exploring gentle sequences, breathwork, self-massage, and restorative poses — all designed to get things flowing. A short daily home practice keeps the benefits building between sessions. Come curious. Leave feeling renewed.

Dates: Sundays, October 18-November 29, 2026

Time: 10-11am (60-minute weekly sessions)

In Person and virtual options to attend available!

Registration is through Atlas Yoga Studio & School via their website. Look for Glow Within from the workshops list!

Doing a little review for my 500hr YTT thesis today, the program is really coming together ans I cant wait to share it with the first group in the Fall.

The lymphatic system is an interesting study, one of the ways we will work with it is through humming and using Bhramari Pranayama or Bumble bee breath. Humming can help bring calm, balance the stress response, and can help relax the muscles of the face, neck, and chest which in turn can support flow of lymph

LIONSGATE PORTAL • AUGUST 8

The Lionsgate energy is at its peak today, August 8 giving us a powerful moment to pause, reflect, dream BIG, and set intentions for what you are ready to call into your life.

This is a time for **manifestation, opportunity, courage, and healing.**

Here’s a simple Tarot Ritual to help you connect with the energy:

**You’ll need:**
A white candle
Essential oil(s) like peppermint, cinnamon, bay, lavender, Dragon’s Blood, frankincense or myrrh
🃏The **Strength VIII** and **Star XVII** Tarot cards
📖Your journal + pen

Create a quiet sacred space. Cleanse your space however you prefer, light your candle, and settle into your breath.

Anoint your candle with your chosen oil(s), tracing a figure 8 or infinity symbol as you say:

"Love is the vibration, courage is the channel. All that is and all that will be, renewed and awakened.”*

Place the cards before you.

Strength:Gaze at the card and notice what arises. Where are you being called to find courage? What does inner strength feel like? When ready, trace an infinity symbol with your finger over the card 3 times:

"I am strength and she is me. Courage rise, fear burn away. I am the strength. I am the will.”

The Star: Meditate on the card. What hope, inspiration or possibility is calling you forward?

Trace the infinity symbol over the card and say:

“I am the shining light. I am hope and joy. The Star is me and I am her. I am unlimited.”*

Now gaze towarda your candle and ask:

What is most important for me on my journey right now?

Write your intention down. Speak it aloud 8 times, then close your eyes and feel its truth within you.

Journal any insights, symbols, dreams or inspirations that arise.

You can continue with a Tarot spread, candle gazing, mirror work, or meditation if you feel called.

When finished, give thanks to your guides, ancestors, angels, or spiritual team and close your sacred space.

And remember: **never leave a candle unattended.** 🕯️

Keep a notebook nearby through August 12. Pay attention to dreams, synchronicities, sudden ideas and those little sparks of inspiration.

What are you calling forward this Lionsgate?

Acorns are starting to fall from the trees and with that comes interesting opportunities for a little whimsy and enchantment.

Place acorns on your windowsill to attract luck and prosperity and to prevent lightening strikes.

Keep the first acorn you find in your pocket or purse , take it out daily through the Fall and Winter to whisper your goal or dream into it. Plant it on the Spring to help your dream grow strong.

Carry an acorn with you to prevent illness, instill wisdom, and attract luck/prosperity/ youthfulness.

Place an acorn on the windowsill under the light of a full moon to attract money.

Plant an acorn on the night of the new moon to promote the growth of abundance and prosperity in your life.

Hold onto an acorn when you need a little wisdom or strength.

Decorate with acorns in bedrooms to promote wisdom, strength, and good health.

Place an acorn in your car to prevent you from ever getting lost.

Over the past couple months I have been very slowly working my way through a pre and post natal fitness specialization- this along with my pre/postnatal natal yoga specialization have been huge helps on my own postpartum journey.

As I reviewed my yoga course and work towards completing this one, I am inspired by each layer of learning and excited to dig deeper, get more into the research, and see how it all comes together.

Feeling excited, inspired, and motivated to implement it for myself and to see what else comes out of it!

Feeling grateful, calm, and stretched out after postnatal yoga at Atlas Yoga Studio & School

Violet seemed to be glad to be back and was very comfortable to be back in our Yoga space.

Atlas has such a great feel to it as soon as you walk in, the natural sunlight coming in through the gauzy white curtains, the gorgeous wood floors and tall tall ceiling make for a light and airy space that manages to also be very cozy.

Postnatal yoga is every Wednesday at 1030 am, Vioelt and I will be here every week 😀
