Did you know I still teach Yoga online every Wednesday morning at 9:30am (75-80mins class)
We begin each practice with Pranayama, Breath Kriyas and sometimes we add some chanting to open up the throat chakra .
We then move into a slow flow warm-up into a more energizing and invigorating practice leading you to a peak pose (peak experience)
If you can’t make the live class, as long as you’re registered you will receive the recording which is downloadable and allowing you to keep this class as long as you desire !
