A big thank you to Long & McQuade Musical Instruments for generously donating a blue Denver acoustic guitar in support of our 50th Anniversary Golden Gala silent auction.

With live acoustic music from Juneyt already planned for the evening, it feels like such a fitting addition to our celebration.

Thank you to the Long & McQuade team at 175 Beverly St. in Cambridge for helping make our Golden Gala even more special as we celebrate 50 years of care, comfort, and community at Saint Luke’s Place.

Our very first Diner’s Club was a delicious success!

Residents gathered over Domino’s pizza, cinnamon buns, classic oldies, and plenty of good company.

It’s these simple moments of sharing a meal, spending time together, and enjoying each other’s company that help make Saint Luke’s Place feel like true home.

TD’s support is especially meaningful as Saint Luke’s Place prepares to celebrate 50 years of care, connection, and community in Cambridge. Their involvement will help us create a milestone evening worthy of the people, families, staff, volunteers, and supporters who have shaped Saint Luke’s Place over the past five decades.

Thank you, TD, for helping us honour our past and look ahead to the bright future we’re building for the seniors, families, and community we serve.

Once a month, a group of our residents gets together for choir rehearsal with our music therapist, Katie 🎶

Many of them have sung in choirs before, so it’s a chance to come together, warm up their voices, practice hymns & other vocal exercises, and enjoy something they’ve loved doing for years.

There’s something really special about hearing those familiar songs fill the room and seeing everyone singing together again.

It's just another way we’re helping residents stay connected to the things they love at Saint Luke’s Place!
