As July comes to an end, let this be your reminder:

You don’t have to have everything figured out to be growing.

Every boundary you’ve set, every hard conversation you’ve had, every moment you’ve chosen to keep going, even when it felt difficult…is progress.

Be proud of how far you’ve come, even if you’re not where you hoped you’d be.

Here’s to carrying growth, not perfection, into August. 🌿

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and it doesn’t always look the way we expect.

Some days it feels heavy.
Some days you laugh and then feel guilty for it.
Some days you think you’re “doing better,” only to be hit by a wave of sadness out of nowhere.

All of it is normal.

Loss changes us, but you don’t have to carry it alone. Therapy isn’t about forgetting the people we’ve lost, it’s about learning how to hold both the love and the grief, while finding a way to move forward.

🤍🕊️However your grief shows up today, be gentle with yourself.

Myth vs. Reality 🧠

Mental health is surrounded by misconceptions that can keep people from reaching out for support.

This week’s myth:

❌ Myth: Therapy is just for people in crisis.

✅ Reality: Therapy can help you navigate everyday stress, strengthen relationships, process life transitions, build confidence, and better understand yourself. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to benefit from support.

Which myth have you heard before? Let us know in the comments…or send this to someone who might need the reminder. 🌱

Sometimes, we all need a reminder. 🤍🌊

Life can get busy, overwhelming, and noisy. We hope these words help you slow down, take a breath, and show yourself the same compassion you so freely give to others.

Which reminder did you need to hear today? 💬

Sitting with your feelings doesn’t mean you have to enjoy them… it means allowing yourself to experience them without immediately trying to push them away.

Every emotion has something to tell us. When we slow down and get curious instead of reacting, we create space to understand ourselves a little better.

✨ Notice what’s coming up.
✨ Name what you’re feeling.
✨ Accept that the emotion is here.
✨ Explore where it came from and what it needs.
✨ Let it pass when it’s ready.

Emotions aren’t permanent. The more we practice acknowledging them instead of avoiding them, the less power they tend to have over us.

🤎 Which step feels the hardest for you?

This isn’t just a therapy room.

It’s a space where people unpack what they’ve been carrying, celebrate how far they’ve come, and take the next step toward where they want to be. ✨

💚 We hear a lot about red flags in relationships, but what about the green ones?

Healthy relationships aren’t built on perfection. They’re built on mutual respect, emotional safety, honest communication, and the ability to grow together.

Sometimes the biggest green flags are the quiet ones:
✨ Feeling safe to be yourself
✨ Having your boundaries respected
✨ Being able to disagree without fear
✨ Knowing you’re supported, not judged

What green flag do you value most in a relationship? ⬇️💚
