Behind the practice with Bree 💚✨

Bree works primarily with young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, burnout, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Her approach is warm, relational, and strengths-based, creating a space where clients feel both supported and gently challenged. 🏔️

Blending modalities like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic insight, Bree helps clients reconnect with themselves in ways that feel grounded, meaningful, and sustainable. Often described as both nurturing and direct, she values honesty delivered with compassion.
