This means working in remote settings, with limited infrastructure and a high level of clinical autonomy. Your judgment isn’t occasional, it’s something you rely on every shift.

You’re not stepping into an empty space. You’re entering communities with strong identities, established ways of living, and clear expectations of professionalism and respect. Care is shaped by the community, you contribute within it.
