Monday and Thursday sessions now come with a lower rate built right in, no promo code needed. Our weekend morning sessions (11am and 1:15pm) are priced lower too. And if you like to plan ahead, booking 5 or more days out gets you our best rate of all.

This is our little corner of Campbell River, and we couldn't be prouder of it.

A wood-fired cedar sauna floating in the marina, with large windows looking out over the ocean and the mountains beyond. An ocean cold plunge fed by live tidal water. A lounge deck to sit, breathe, and watch the world go by.

We built this space for people who need a proper break — two hours away from the noise, the screens, and the rush of everyday life. It's a simple experience, but we think it's a pretty special one.
