Curious about how to participate in free lung screening?

If you're 55 to 74 with a significant history of regularly smoking commercial to***co (ci******es, ci**rs, etc), currently or in the past, you may be eligible.

Give us a call at 1-877-717-5864. During this 5 to 10 minute phone conversation, a Lung Screening Program navigator will ask you questions about your smoking and health history. Your answers to these questions will help determine your lung cancer risk and whether screening is right for you.

The kit comes with clear instructions. Follow them to take your swab, and then mail it back to us in the pre-paid envelope included in the kit. The sample you collect is just as accurate as a provider-taken sample.
