I am introducing a new treatment category to our booking options! The working title for this category is "Acupuncture with Renewal Assessment," but I'm open to suggestions for a better name.

This appointment is intended for patients who haven't received treatment in over a year or who have experienced significant changes in their health and require additional time to discuss the changes.

There are many times when someone will book an Initial Acupuncture appointment, but they have come to this clinic for Acupuncture before. This appointment option should fill the gap.

It's time for another Yin and Pin! Wednesday, March 4, starting at 5:30. You can reserve your spot through Studio Nine's website (studionineyoga.ca). Let me know if you have questions.

"This Yin & Pin event will consist of a gentle yin class led by Leah to ease you into a more relaxed state of mind. Then Lindsay will insert ear acupuncture needles to specifically promote an even deeper state of relaxation while you are supported in a resting pose with pillows, blankets and soft music playing. Once everyone's needles are in, Leah will lead a guided meditation practice so you can journey deeper inward (or even have a nap), and then the needles will be removed. Sound blissful? Reserve your spot for total relaxation now."

Hey folks! The weather and roads don’t look great today (Tuesday, Feb 17), so I made the decision to close the clinic for the day.

I hope to be back in the office for my regular hours on Thursday, Feb 19. You can book online, or call, text, or email the clinic to book an appointment.
