Most of the questions men ask about gynecomastia surgery are practical. How much time away? When can I train again? Who has to know?

The honest answer: those are individual, and your surgeon gives you real numbers at consultation, for your body and your plans, whether that is a work schedule or a competition date. What we can say in general is that recovery is planned with you in advance, and discretion is part of how the whole process runs.

An explant consultation here covers your health history, the history of your implants, your goals, and every option on the table, including changing nothing. Some patients leave with a surgical plan. Some leave with a decision to wait. Both are good outcomes of a consultation.

Injectable treatments fall into two broad groups, and they do different jobs.

Neuromodulator treatments are used for lines that come with expression, like frown lines and crow's feet. Dermal fillers are used where volume has thinned, like cheeks, lips, and under the eyes. Some plans use one, some use both, and some use neither.
