I recently listened to a great podcast from Dr. Caroline Buzanko about how we as parents and educators can best support resilience in our children.

I think that there's a great message here about being OKAY when our children get upset or stressed and supporting them THROUGH the situation rather than trying to eliminate the stress and anxiety they are feeling. While keeping in mind to not just leave them dangling in distress for hours - there's always a balance.
