This is our last week practicing at the old Fire Hall in Capreol, next week we move back into the Millennium Center. Please note a reminder that tonight's class (Wed May 27th) is canceled. Thursday (28th), both the 9:30 a.m. Gentle Yoga and the 2:00 p.m. Chair Yoga 🪑 will be held at the Fire Hall. We look forward to seeing you! 🦋🌞

A really great week! Started w a full house at Shkagamik-Kwe Health Centre 😊, then out to Wahnapitae First Nation to teach some kiddos and be silly 😛, then our usual Firehall classes 🧘‍♂️🪑 and ended the week with a private couples class ♥️.

So many blessings packed into one week.

So much gratitude for these opportunities.

Hands are open, welcoming abundance.

Universe is listening. 🙏
