🦋 Mondays Shkagamik-Kwe Health Centre on Elm, FREE Drop-in Yoga at noon (every week, year round)
6:30pm Family Yoga ⭐️New‼️ Bring your kids.
🦋 Tuesdays 9:30am Morning Yoga and 2pm Chair Yoga 🪑
🦋 Thursday 9:30am Morning Yoga
12 noon Yoga in the Park, FREE Drop-in Class at Memorial Park Downtown Sudbury 🌳(this is our last class of the season, thank you to everyone who came and enjoyed this beautiful outdoor class 💚)
7pm Evening Yoga
🦋 Friday 9:30am Beginner Yoga ⭐️New‼️
