When Your Mind Gets Too Loud
Some days your mind won’t stop.
The worries get louder.
The to-do list gets longer.
The “what ifs” keep circling.
When this happens, don’t try to fight every thought. Instead, gently bring yourself back to the present moment.
🌿 Step outside and feel the sun on your skin.
🌿 Take a slow, deep breath and make your exhale longer than your inhale.
🌿 Put your hand on your heart and ask yourself, “What do I need right now?”
🌿 Focus on one small thing you can do instead of everything you think you should do.
A busy mind doesn’t mean you’re failing. It usually means you’ve been carrying too much for too long.
You don’t need to have all the answers today.
Sometimes peace begins the moment you stop trying to figure everything out and simply give yourself permission to rest.
