This Full Moons symbolism resonates deeply with me.

Healing is rarely about becoming a different person. It’s about shedding what no longer supports you, reconnecting with yourself, and allowing growth to happen at its own pace.

Tonight, as the Full Moon rises, consider taking a few quiet moments to reflect:

1. What have I outgrown?
2. What am I ready to release?
3. What strength have I developed that I haven’t fully recognized?

Whether you spend time journaling, meditating, sitting under the moonlight, or simply taking a deep breath before bed, let tonight be a gentle reminder that growth doesn’t have to be rushed to be meaningful.

I wanted to share that I’ve had a sudden health situation come up and needed to have my appendix removed. I’m okay, but I’ll be stepping back for a short period to allow my body the time it needs to fully heal.
