When you travel, something inside you shifts for good; fear gets quieter and courage gets louder, it strips away comfort and certainty and teaches humility, empathy, and wonder. We deliberately avoid planning out our trips arrive with a rough itinerary, allowing spontaneity which creates the best memories.
1️⃣Barcelona offering a blend of city, mountains and the beach (Mediterranean Sea); where buildings are art & food is life! Montserrat Mountain took the Scenic cable car and did a 5Km hike with more incredible scenery. Temple of the Sagrada Família - designed by Antoni Gaudí✨ Montjuic - gardens & Mount Park Güell - Gaudí’s hilltop park with great views of the city. LUMINISCENCE 360° light show inside gothic basilica de Santa Maria del Pi. Gothic Quarter & El Born- medieval streets & the coolest neighborhood’s for unique shops, great food & cocktails and all the sweets! Checked out the beach, did a bike tour to learn the history and see some of the major buildings.

2️⃣Granada Home to the stunning Alhambra palace, a UNESCO site, and the historic Albaicin quarter and also where we got to experience flamenco in the very caves where it was born from the Gypsies. Biked & walked aimlessly through the winding streets of the old Arab quarter, the cave houses of Sacromonte, and indulged in the city’s famous free tapas culture with so much good food. It is living history of a mix of cultures. Favourite was relaxing in a traditional moorish bathhouse the Hammam spa bathhouse.
3️⃣Seville previous post where we got to experience Semena Santa (Holy Week) bike tour where we learnt the history and saw all the major attractions; walked along the river and through the city, had a drink on a rooftop bar watched the sunset, and experienced the oldest bar and of course had tapas
