If you ever wonder what goes on in my head during your massage, here it is.

✨ If you keep your eyes open...I assume you're hating your treatment. (It's just a thing I'm self conscious about. I'll get over it one day).

✨ Just relax and try your best to move you around. I've been smacked and kicked more times than I can count. I know you're just trying to be helpful though ❤️

✨ I do really question if I've worked both sides of a muscle group. I cannot count the amount of times I've looked suspiciously at a hand and question if it's been massaged or not.

✨ I'm not kidding when I say I don't judge your body. Everyone has one, everyone has things they consider imperfections. I'm just concerned about your muscles and how they need to be cared for.

✨ Don't worry, my hands are doing great, my feet would prefer that I sit while I treat sometimes though.

This song should be on repeat 24/7 for my clients 🔄.

If you've been on my table, you know my rules. If you can't take a deep breath, your body isn't ready for pressure like that and I'm back it off a bit.
Pain is not gain.

It's called self care, honey 💖

How often should you get a massage?

It depends on your body, lifestyle, and stress levels.

• For general wellness: once a month can help maintain mobility and reduce tension

• For high stress or active lifestyles: every 2–3 weeks may be beneficial

• For injury recovery or chronic pain: weekly sessions might be recommended short-term

Your body gives you signs when it needs care — tight shoulders, headaches, poor sleep, or constant soreness are all common clues ✨

Consistency is key when it comes to feeling your best.

There is nothing better than ending a treatment with some work on the scalp.

This area is under treated. Think about it...my hair is up all day, maybe you spend your day wearing a hardhat, helmet or headset. All of that affects the muscles that sit right under your scalp (and there is more going on under there than you might think).

Is scalp massage something you've ever asked for in a massage?

What do all of these jobs have in common?

They're done by people, with bodies that need to be taken care of.

Massage isn't for people with a certain job, or people who meet a minimum threshold of activity. Massage is for every body!

Don't treat yourself, take care of yourself ❤️

Fun fact: My husband doesn't like getting massaged because he's a little too ticklish 🙃.

Blessed I don't work outside my schedule though ✌️
