Hey Castlegar!
We have some exciting news here at Red River Therapeutics. We've got two amazing new practitioners joining our team... Please welcome Michelle Coish and Ashlin Yungwirth! 🥳
On the left we have Michelle Coish, an osteopathic practitioner and lactation consultant with a special interest in maternity and pediatric care. She completed a 4.5-year program at the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice in Vancouver and takes a holistic, hands-on approach to identifying and addressing the root causes of pain and dysfunction, helping clients restore balance and mobility.
With a background in nursing and years of experience supporting families, Michelle was drawn to osteopathy after personally experiencing its benefits. She now focuses on supporting the body's natural ability to heal, using gentle techniques to release tension, improve movement, and optimize overall function.
Her treatments may include joint mobilization, myofascial and visceral techniques, craniosacral therapy, and other hands-on methods tailored to each client’s needs. Whether working with newborns, supporting postpartum recovery, or addressing chronic pain and postural imbalances, Michelle is dedicated to helping clients feel and function at their best.
And on the right, we have Ashlin, an RMT student and bodyworker focused on helping clients feel more at ease in their bodies. She is currently completing the 3000 hour program in Nelson and offering discounted rates until she becomes registered later this year.
With a background in personal training, she brings a strong understanding of movement and physical conditioning. Her treatments blend relaxation and fascial-based work to reduce tension and support overall well-being.
She aims to help clients better understand their bodies and feel more confident in how they move, rest, and recover.
