I am more than my titles.
I’m a woman with dreams, challenges, responsibilities, and a story that continues to unfold.
Living with sickle cell anemia has taught me that strength isn't always pushing through. Sometimes, it's slowing down. Listening to your body. Asking for help. Resting without guilt. And finding the courage to keep creating, growing, and living fully - even when the journey looks different than you imagined.
My work in holistic wellness isn't just what I do. It's connected to what I've lived, what I've learned, and my desire to help others feel seen, heard, and empowered in their own health journeys.
Through wellness, writing, spoken word, and advocacy, I want to remind people that there is a whole person behind every diagnosis, every struggle, and every label.
We are allowed to have hard days and still have big dreams. We can live with limitations without losing sight of our possibilities. And we can be a work in progress while still making a difference.
I am still learning. Still evolving. Still discovering what it means to live fully, not just survive.
And if my story helps even one person feel less alone, more understood, or inspired to keep going, then sharing it matters. ❤️
You are more than what you carry. You are more than what you've been through. You are still becoming.
