Eszter empowers stillness and zest, transcendence and embodiment, and radiance within and without.

Stillness: Eszter has been holding weekly, guided global meditations based on self-inquiry for the past two years.

Zest: The aim of her practice is to shed light on our limited psycho-dynamic nature and move beyond it, discovering authenticity, discernment and love in return.

Transcendence: Non-dual Advaita Vedanta teachings.

Embodiment: She has been teaching yoga for fifteen years to a wide array of practitioners all around the world. Eszter is a Yoga Alliance Certified Kriya Yoga, Breath-Work and Meditation teacher.

Radiance: She holds a Masters Degree from the University of Toronto and commenced her Ph.D studies at the same institution, a diploma in Vedic-psychotherapy and has been working as an energy healer for the past ten years, she is also a Yoga Alliance accredited meditation and Kriya Yoga teacher
