Wind down with three simple evening rituals I use with clients to soothe the mind and body. 1) Breath-centered grounding: sit comfortably and take 6 slow breaths, feeling each exhale release tension. 2) Gentle limb stretches: move neck, shoulders and wrists to melt tightness. 3) Short reflective journaling: write one thing you’re grateful for and one feeling you want to release. These small practices support better sleep and emotional clarity and beautifully complement Reiki sessions to nurture both your inner and outer self. Try them tonight and let me know how you feel. https://wix.to/kPzE6bn
