It’s that time of year again!! Trash Bash 2026 is this Sunday! Starting early and 9 am and partying through the afternoon! Meet us in front of the village day lodge if you want to participate! Everything you need is provided but my pro tip is to bring gardening gloves. Clean up goes from 9am to Noon and the BBQ will follow. This video is a time lapse of my pre-sound bath routine. It shows unpacking some of the instruments, warming them up and setting my intentions with them before the Sound Bath. I then set up the mats for guests and set the vibes with dim lighting but made sure I could still walk around the group to offer some 1-1 attention with some of the instruments.
I do this for all my sound baths to make sure the vibes are just right.

Getting to Lift when you don’t have a vehicle seems daunting but you can hop on the free in resort shuttle at the nearest stop to your location. Get off at stop W8 at the end of Burfield drive. Walk forward to find the trail. Then you can hop over the bridge and the building is right on the other side. Don’t forget to check the location of your classes when you register!

Hey Sun Peaks! Did you miss out on starting your 2026 wellness goals because January and February were too busy for you? Us too! Join us for our 30 day Miracle March Wellness challenge! Maybe when we are all feeling well we can bring the vibes and through the power of collective thought we can make it snow?

Attend 30 wellness sessions in the month of March! Maybe that means you do something every day or two sessions every other day, I won’t try to tell you how to live your life… Actually, I might.
What counts as a session you ask?

Sauna sessions
Yoga classes
